Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Beginners Class

This is the perfect class for students new to grappling arts. This class covers the fundamentals of Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and self defense techniques. All levels are welcome to attend.

Mixed Level Class

Our Mixed level class covers modern Jiu-Jitsu techniques. This includes complex and hybrid guard positioning, chained submission and passing sequences and modern tournament techniques.

This class is suitable for all belt levels but students new to grappling may want to attend the beginner class in addition.
